We will match you to a veteran of the medical school interview prep process.  This mentor/advisor, who not only successfully aced this process personally but also has extensive experience prepping students for the interview stage, will work with you based on the upcoming medical school interview you have (i.e. multiple mini interview or classic interview format).  Your mentor/advisor will guide you through mock interview sessions, and they will work with a carefully constructed list of questions most commonly featured in medical school interviews.  This mock Q&A session will be timed, and the sessions will be conversational and back-and-forth.  The mentor/advisor will challenge your statements and assumptions and do their best to find holes in your arguments, trying to keep you on your feet and prep you for the intense situations where you really have to think on your feet and not crumble!  The mentor/advisor will also give you feedback and pointers on your responses afterwards.  One of the keys our mentors/advisors will make in the mock interview sessions is that there is not necessarily a correct answer for every question in these interviews; rather, the interviewer is oftentimes looking for the student to respond with clarity, tranquility, and reason, and our mentors/advisors will help you craft a methodical and efficient way to construct these answers, even in the event you have not seen the question or experienced the situation before yourself.
